EXPERT TIPS TO MAKING 2015 GREAT

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - Residential -

A FREE motivational seminar at the Manning Memorial Bowling Club tomorrow aims to help anyone achieve their goals for the year ahead.

Presented by Sardelic Real Estate and inspirational speaker Angie Powell, the three-hour A Better You in 2015 talk will cover topics such as healthy eating, looking after your body, the seven keys to a meaningful life and dealing with procrastination.

Speakers will include Aubrey Monie from Precision Physiotherapy, life coach Samuel Osborne, Kathy Kemp from Life in Balance Seminars and Megan Hardy from Hardy Nutrition Dietary Consulting.

Sardelic Real Estate director Jarrad Eaton said he decided to host the seminar to help people to achieve their best.

“I wanted to get the best year I possibly could from 2015 and it’s all about getting the mindset right,” he said.

“I then started thinking, if I’m doing this for me, I might as well put the seminar on for everyone else as well.

“It’s about helping people, myself included, to set the right goals and find the winning formula this year to have a healthy body and healthy mind to have a sensational year ahead.”

Mr Eaton said he chose the topics and speakers based on what he believed were the key ingredients for creating a positive change.

“If each person who attends can take just one thing out of the seminar in a positive way and change their life even slightly for the better, then I will have achieved what I set out to do,” he said.

As a bonus, anyone who attends the seminar will receive a one-time free entry into the gym or a fitness class at Focus Fitness in Hamilton Hill.

In addition, each speaker will also offer specials on the night for attendees interested in using their professional services.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own snacks to the event, but are encouraged to buy drinks through the bar at the bowling club to support the local business.

Sardelic Real Estate is also presenting a free movie night on January 30, with live music from 5.30pm before the 7.45pm screening of 1980s classic ET.
