In search of the perfect routine in Canada

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - Sport -

TWO South Perth athletes help make up the WA synchronised ice-skating team that will represent the nation at the World Championships in Canada in April, after taking out the national title.

Grace Tanner and Kassandra McPhee are members of the senior division team, Infusion, that won gold at the Australian Figure Skating championships in Brisbane late last year, resulting in the team being nominated to represent the nation.

In synchronised ice-skating, the winning State team becomes the national team due to the amount of time a team must work together to be able to perform very technical routines in perfect unison.

In the case of Infusion, the team has been working together for the past 10 .

The team, pictured winning Nationals, are fundraising at www.gofundme.com/infusion.
