Local pair to join People’s Panel
TWO locals will comprise a team planning WA’s new museum. Kewdale woman Sahra Mohamed, originally from Kenya and passionate about giving young people a voice, will join the People’s Panel. David Vosnacos, of Victoria Park, an occupational therapist and accessibility consultant, will join the Access and Inclusion Panel. The pair are among 60 West Australians selected from 557 applicants to make up community panels for the new museum project, providing feedback on the content and the visitor experience of the museum, which will open in the Perth Cultural Centre in 2020.
