MEMBERS of the Prominent Agents Network (PAN) are raring to go after attending an interactive workshop last month with one of Australia’s premier real estate trainers.

Josh Phegan, a speaker and coach for high-performance real estate agents worldwide, addressed 90 members from independent agencies at the event on April 30, which fo- cused on gaining momentum and techniques to sell properties efficiently in today’s changing market.

PAN chairman Alan Bourke said Mr Phegan’s insight proved invaluable to participants.

“Josh has inspired our members to have more honest conversations with their clients,” he said.

“He has shown us that having direct, realistic discussions with our clients that do not give false hope will ultimately result in the best outcome.”

Following the workshop, the network’s highest performers were also recognised for their achievements at the January-March 2015 Quarterly PAN Awards.
