Studio out to help others
WHEN colour, bling and intricate moves come together, it usually means Bollywood.
East Victoria Park’s Bollywood Dance Studio will hold a fundraising dance concert to raise funds for Swami Parijnanasharam Educational and Vocational Centre, an educational and vocational centre for disabled students in India.
The studio has grown since its inception four years ago and now hosts more than 150 students, from three-years-old to adults.
The studio decided it was time to give back and chose the centre as their cause.
Set up in 1985 by the Shree Trust, the Swami Parijnanasharam Educational and Vocational Centre provides academic education and vocational training for differently abled students.
Bolly Glitz 2015 will consist of dance performances and will provide students with a chance to shine and show the skills they have learnt.
