THE newly redeveloped The Springs precinct in Rivervale has welcomed its first residents as Finbar completed its first project in the community.

Valued at $11 million, the 188apartment Spring View Towers leads the way with its one, two and three-bedroom units boasting fantastic views of the Swan River.

A small number of apartments are still available, with one-bedroom apartments starting at $425,000 and two-bedroom, twobathroom units priced from $495,000.

In recognition of its high amenity and contribution to the community, the project was awarded the City of Belmont’s Opportunity Award last year.

Finbar Group chief executive Ronald Chan said The Springs precinct would ultimately offer an enviable lifestyle.

“We have seen a mix of buyers from 26 to 55 years old who are seeking a central lifestyle, which will be close to some of Perth’s newest attractions including the Perth Stadium and Sheraton’s fivestar Aloft Hotel,” he said.

“While the competition is intense in The Springs, our development offers resort-style amenities such as a 20m solar-heated pool, gym, games room and sauna, which sets it apart.

“Presently, one-bedroom apartments are leasing for $360 and two- bedroom for $475 per week, which reflects a positive return for investors as well as buyers who are seeking to gain entry into the property market.”

Finbar’s next project in The Springs is Arbor North – aptly named as the residents’ private courtyard will feature a 130year-old white fig tree – with 71 per cent of the development already sold.

The nine-storey boutique project will feature one-bedroom apartments priced from $398,000 and two-bedroom units for sale from $498,000.
