Lux­ury tow­ers reach plan­ning stage

PLAN­NING is un­der way on po­ten­tial op­tions for the pub­lic ground floor ten­ancy of the new $80 mil­lion Can­ning Bridge de­vel­op­ment.

Stir­ling Cap­i­tal has part­nered with in­de­pen­dent cul­tural or­gan­i­sa­tion FORM to de­liver a $1.5 mil­lion pub­lic art and cul­tural pro­gram for the pub­lic space.

Com­mu­nity in­put will be sought on po­ten­tial op­tions for the com­mu­ni­tyfriendly ground floor ten­ancy.

The Can­ning Bridge De­vel­op­ment Plan was adopted by the City of South Perth and the City of Melville ear­lier this year and was re­cently ap­proved by the City of Melville Lo­cal De­vel­op­ment As­sess­ment Panel.

The 20-level, twin-tower lux­ury apart­ment build­ings will be built be­tween Kishorn and Oglivie roads.
