Movie for dis­abled

TO cel­e­brate Dis­abil­ity Aware­ness Week, the City of South Perth in­vites peo­ple with dis­abil­ity, their fam­ily and friends, and the whole com­mu­nity to come to­gether for an ac­ces­si­ble movie screen­ing.

Tak­ing place at 10am on Fri­day, Cygnet Cine­mas in Como will show the newly re­leased fam­ily an­i­ma­tion Ho­tel Tran­syl­va­nia 2.

The movie screen­ing will have sub­tle changes to the cin­ema en­vi­ron­ment, al­low­ing peo­ple with a dis­abil­ity to have a more pos­i­tive ex­pe­ri­ence through the eas­ily ac­ces­si­ble venue.

The event is proudly sup­ported by Dis­abil­ity Ser­vices Com­mis­sion, Grand Cine­mas Cygnet The­atre and Kens­ing­ton Sec­ondary School.
