BADDIES CAN RUIN YOUR CHRISTMAS

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - Street Watch -

PARK CHRISTMAS is fast approaching and as we all know, it's viewed as the time for giving. Well that rule applies to most of us, but the baddies are the exception. For them, Christmas is clearly a time for taking. They like nothing better than breaking into your houses knowing that your Christmas presents, which you have worked so hard for throughout this year, are wrapped and displayed under the family Christmas tree. Baddies don't give a second thought to the fact that your kids will miss out on receiving their presents or that a lot of thought has been given to selecting the right gift, or even that you have saved very hard throughout the year to buy that special something for a loved one. Basically they are low life scumbags who view your hard work and sacrifices as a too much of an opportunity to pass up. You won't find too many baddies legitimately purchasing Christmas presents themselves, they will steal yours or go on a shoplifting spree at Garden City. They won't plan and prepare for this Christmas, the only planning they will be doing is working out how to break into someone else’s house to steal their valuables. Please ensure that your house is secure and make it as difficult as possible to for baddies to burgle. Notify your neighbours if you are going away. – Detective Sergeant Gary Thwaites
