Free work­shop to un­der­stand baby’s sleep

EARLY par­ent­ing and child­hood ser­vices provider Ngala is of­fer­ing a free work­shop to help par­ents un­der­stand more about their baby’s sleep.

The two-part work­shop, called Sleep Mat­ters, pro­vides in­for­ma­tion based on cur­rent re­search and gives par­ents an op­por­tu­nity to gain knowl­edge about their baby’s de­vel­op­ment.

Cur­rent sleep and set­tling strate­gies tips will be pro­vided.

Ba­bies aged seven months and younger are wel­come to at­tend with par­ents and a creche is avail­able for chil­dren aged 0-4 at se­lected venues.

Sleep Mat­ters will take place at Ngala’s Kens­ing­ton branch on Mon­day, Jan­uary 25, at 2pm and the Bel­mont branch on Wed­nes­day, Jan­uary 27, at 9.30am.
