Free workshop to understand baby’s sleep
EARLY parenting and childhood services provider Ngala is offering a free workshop to help parents understand more about their baby’s sleep.
The two-part workshop, called Sleep Matters, provides information based on current research and gives parents an opportunity to gain knowledge about their baby’s development.
Current sleep and settling strategies tips will be provided.
Babies aged seven months and younger are welcome to attend with parents and a creche is available for children aged 0-4 at selected venues.
Sleep Matters will take place at Ngala’s Kensington branch on Monday, January 25, at 2pm and the Belmont branch on Wednesday, January 27, at 9.30am.
For available workshop times and to book call 9367 0925 or book online at www.ngala.com.au /course/Parenting-Workshops/Sleep-Matters.
