ABOUT 2am on Friday January 8, police officers saw a Holden Commodore being driven erratically along Wright Street in Cloverdale. Police lost sight of the vehicle but later found it parked in Nanine Place in Rivervale with two male occupants. During a search of the vehicle police allegedly found about 15g of crystal material believed to be methylamphetamine, and two hand guns. Further inquiries resulted in a search warrant being executed on a premises in Adelaide Terrace where drug items were located and seized. Three men face charges. A 28 year-old Wanneroo man was charged with possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell, possession of a prohibited drug and drug paraphernalia and breach of bail. An 18 year-old Viveash man was charged with failing to stop, possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated possession of a firearm and ready access to drugs and firearm. A 26 year-old Gosnells man was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
