Your Generation talks to Allied Nutrition dietician Claire Ward about consuming a wholesome diet to help fight dementia.
Ward said that while we don't know of one single food that will prevent someone from developing dementia, she advised we eat an overall healthy diet that may reduce the risk. A nourishing regimen may also reduce the threat of other health conditions linked to an increased danger of dementia, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
