WESTERN Aus­tralia dom­i­nated at the re­cent Real Es­tate In­sti­tute of Aus­tralia’s (REIA) 2016 Na­tional Awards for Ex­cel­lence, win­ning in five of the 16 cat­e­gories.

The awards recog­nise the real es­tate in­dus­try’s top per­form­ers and are de­signed to en­cour­age, recog­nise and pro­mote ex­cel­lence and best prac­tice in the pro­fes­sion.

South Perth-based M Res­i­den­tial’s Laura Le­vi­sohn took home the award for res­i­den­tial prop­erty man­ager of the year and cred­ited her win to her ded­i­ca­tion to not only her clients but to her busi­ness.

“Be­ing recog­nised not only with REIWA, but with REIA is an out­stand­ing re­sult and en­forces my fo­cus and com­mit­ment to be­ing the best that I can,” Ms Le­vi­sohn said.

“I have to thank my busi­ness part­ner Lee Rid­dell and also the staff at M Res­i­den­tial for not only sup­port­ing my crazi­ness for per­fec­tion, but for also work­ing along­side me of­fer­ing a su­pe­rior ser­vice and shar­ing the vi­sion.

“I feel the award re­flects the en­tire team’s ef­forts and pas­sion for real es­tate.”

Real­mark’s Jen­nifer Wright was named cor­po­rate sup­port per­son of the year, while Mo­men­tum Wealth prop­erty wealth con­sul­tant Kent Cliffe was awarded the buyer’s agent of the year prize.

The com­mer­cial sales­per­son of the year award was handed to CBRE di­rec­tor Daniel San­zone.

East Perth prop­erty agency Realestate 88 was handed the medium agency of the year award.
