PERTH Airport has received a prestigious international award.

At the global Skytrax World Airport Awards, Perth Airport won the Best Airport Staff Service award in the Australia Pacific category.

“We are thrilled to accept this award on behalf of the thousands of people who come to work at Perth Airport each day; it is a testament to their dedication and commitment to achieving outstanding levels of customer service,” Perth Airport chief executive Brad Geatches said.

“While we have invested significantly in transforming our terminal facilities over the last four years, this award pays tribute to the airport community who strive to provide the best service possible each and every day.”

The Skytrax awards are based on the world’s largest airport customer satisfaction survey where millions of customers from more than 100 countries evaluate service levels at more than 550 airports worldwide.
