PERTH Redbacks women’s State Basketball League (WSBL) lost against Stirling Senators last Saturday night at Warwick Stadium.

Jones returned to the WSBL after taking time away from the courts in 2015, but is a high-calibre player and hopes to bring a high level of play to the women’s side.

Formerly a Kalamunda Suns player, Jones has a number of awards and credentials under her belt in WA basketball.

Donovan joined the team after playing more than 100 games with Southwest Slammers.

Both players have settled and said they were extremely excited to continue the upcoming season as Redbacks.
