JOIN the Food Sensations program for adults for a free hands-on nutrition and cooking experience.
A team of public health nutritionists work with participants to make healthy eating easy, with help to read labels and budget and plan meals for themselves and their families.
The recipes cooked will include healthy burgers, fruity cake, curry, salads and dips and are suitable for people with any level of cooking ability.
The program runs over four two-hour sessions, and starts on Wednesday, May 4, from 4pm to 6pm, at Foodbank WA, 23 Abbot Road, Perth Airport.
Agencies and organisations are also able to book the Food Sensations program for groups of five or more.
