The spirit of sharing
AHEAD of his walk-through at Victoria Park's Edward Millen House, purported medium David Wells shared his most terrifying experience with a spirit.
WHEN a spirit took over the body of David Wells he did not scream or panic.
He simply told the spirit it was unacceptable behaviour.
Stories like these are part of everyday life for the Scottishborn cult hero.
Having developed a strong following among like-minded people all over the world, Mr Wells has dedicated his life to ‘ghost hunting’ and conducts building walk-throughs, seminars, workshops and more.
Speaking with the Southern Gazette last week, Mr Wells explained the horrifying moment a spiritual entity took over his mouth and physically manipulated his throat.
“He took control of my mouth and made me talk, and it was just horrendous,” he said.
“I don’t swear at them or call them names, that’s very disrespectful. But I do say ‘look it’s not acceptable’. “I tried everything to stop him; I even tried to go down the religion path, using the cross.
“But in the end I managed to find a piece of light in him, so I had to expand on that which managed to calm him down, and that’s how I dealt with him.”
Mr Wells will lead a personal tour through historically iconic Victoria Park building the Edward Millen Home next Wednesday.
The heritage-listed building was a maternity hospital during World War II.
Its mysterious and haunting charm captured the attention of the Perth-based West Coast Paranormals, a a group which investigates local haunts.
Mr Wells said he had done no research on the Edward Millen House because he wanted to ensure his experiences were authentic.
