Curtin goes up in colour for PMH

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - OPINION -

CURTIN University got colourful last week when it hosted a Princess Margaret Hospital fundraising day.

Staff and student volunteers dressed up in their best costumes to collect donations across the Bentley campus.

The money raised was put towards King of Hearts Express cardiac event monitors for the hospital.

Curtin’s student and community development co-ordinator Maureen Meredith said the day was an opportunity for students and staff to be involved in raising money for a great cause.

“PMH Day is fantastic because it allows the entire campus to be engaged and help support the children and staff from Princess Margaret Hospital,” she said. Pictures: Marie Nirme
