Students show designs

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - OPINION -

FASHION students got a taste of the designer life when their original works were on display at the Town of Victoria Park Library.

The Kent Street Senior High School exhibition provided an insight into the course that armed students with the skills and tools to take on a career in the fashion and design industry.

Kent Street teacher Celine Turton said the students worked on planning and constructing their designs for about five weeks.

The Fashion and Design course gives students the chance to extend their talents in the fashion industry.

The display was in conjunction with the Town’s 2016 Art Season.
