HE­ROES OF HOUS­ING TO SHARE TALES OF SUC­CESS

BOURKES se­nior sales ex­ec­u­tive James Thomp­son is one of seven WA real es­tate sales­peo­ple who will share their ex­pe­ri­ences and knowl­edge at a spe­cial seminar for agents next week.

Hosted by Goals In­ter­na­tional and Auc­tion Ser­vices WA, “Home Grown He­roes” will bring to­gether some of WA’s most suc­cess­ful agents to ex­plain the philoso­phies and pro­cesses be­hind their suc­cess.

“So of­ten we look to other sources for guid­ance, bring­ing in speak­ers from over east or over­seas,” Auc­tion Ser­vices WA di­rec­tor Ryan Thomp­son said.

“How­ever, we have some of the best agents in Aus­tralia right here in WA. We’ve asked them to share their path­ways to suc­cess so that more agents can fol­low in their foot­steps.”

Other speak­ers in­clude LJ Hooker Clare­mont prin­ci­pal Vivien Yap, michaelkeil.com prop­erty di­rec­tor Michael Keil, Ger­ald­ton Prop­erty Team di­rec­tor Lara Sad­owski, Har­courts Man­durah prin­ci­pal Ben Hatch and Mr Thomp­son.

An ex­pected suc­cess story will be Real­mark Premier sales ex­ec­u­tive Daniel Gon­za­lez, who is aim­ing to write more than $1 mil­lion in sales in his first year in real es­tate – the re­sult will be an­nounced at the seminar.

Mr Thomp­son said that while many com­men­ta­tors were talk­ing about a tough mar­ket, these agents were out there get­ting out­stand­ing re­sults for their clients. “They show us that your suc­cess is not de­pen­dent on the mar­ket,” he said.

“What sets them apart is their com­mit­ment to train­ing; the agents who are con­stantly ed­u­cat­ing them­selves are the ones are ex­pe­ri­enc­ing suc­cess,” he added.

The seminar will be held at Crown Perth on July 21 from 9am to 5pm.
