MANNING SENIORS CENTRE
IF you’re aged over 55, Manning Seniors Centre can help you to maintain good health with a wide range of activities.
The centre offers healthy lunches three times a week, fitness related activities and up to date information.
Classes include yoga, tai chi, table tennis, Zumba Gold and health and fitness.
To keep a healthy mind, Manning Seniors Centre offers computer lessons, mahjong, scrabble, card and board games, an art group, whist, choir, a discussion group and Sunday afternoon tea dance.
