EXCITEMENT AS FIRST TRIBECA OWNERS MOVE IN
THE first residents are moving into a new apartment development in the Springs Rivervale precinct that sold out within weeks of release.
BGC Development project Tribeca South’s 72 apartments, in the prime riverside locale near Crown Perth, new Perth Stadium and the city, were snapped up off the plan after just 12 weeks on the market in 2014.
The proximity to the Perth CBD was one of the drawcards for Tia Fredericks, who bought a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the boldly designed building with generous balconies and communal terrace, pool deck and alfresco areas.
“I chose Tribeca South because it was close to the city and it was being developed and built by a name I knew well – BGC,” she said.
“I also liked the design and the apartment size, which was larger than other projects in the area, and the display suite gave me a better idea of what the finished product would look like.
“The off-the-plan buying process was also easy to navigate and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process.
“I’m very happy with the finished apartment. I love my balcony, spacious bedrooms and the simple colour scheme in the bathrooms.”
BGC Construction will complete two further stages at the Tribeca development.
Tribeca East, which comprises 75 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 10 townhouses, is under construction and due for completion in the first quarter of next year.
There are limited townhouses for sale and a display townhouse is set to open in September.
Selling off the plan, the final stage, The Residences or Tribeca North, features 44 luxury apartments designed for owner-occupiers.
