SOUTH Perth community organisations Leading Youth Forward and Wheels For Hope have been awarded $10,000 each from the Westpac Foundation Community Grants program for their support of the disabled and youth at risk.

Leading Youth Forward aims to enhance the lives of at-risk Perth teenagers in years 8 to 10 by providing mentorships, positive experiences and role models.

Both organisations will also receive additional support which includes a Westpac Foundation Community Grants Ambassador, mentoring, training and networking opportunities.
