Spa’s big night
A FOCUS on customer service has once again landed a South Perth day spa a major award.
Cove Spa took home the Best Customer Care Award at the 2016 Australian Beauty Industry Awards in Sydney on August 21.
It is the third time the business has won the award, after winning the honour in 2013 and 2015.
The day spa’s big night continued when Ella King was named as the Salon Manager or Co-ordinator of the Year.
Cove Spa owner Jocelyn Derecourt said she believed there were a number of reasons why the business had been successful in the awards.
“I work really hard to instill the value of good costumer service with the staff,” she said.
“We are doing something that is intimate and we need to make sure customers feel comfortable.”
