ANGELO Street is set to feature an array of music, fashion and exciting talent as it explodes into life.
Popular annual event Angelo Street Marketplace will feature an enthralling cultural experience, with fashion, crafts, household goods and gourmet food on offer on Saturday, March 26.
Artwalk, a showcase of the work of artists and creatives, features Filthy Luker’s thought-provoking inflatable installations, which have come all the way from the United Kingdom.
Performance artist and puppeteer Chloe Flockhart’s interactive artwork Please Feed the Bear will be roaming the crowd and keep your eyes peeled for art activations by mural artist Jahne Rees and Como Secondary College art students.
A range of activities including charcoal drawing classes, flower crown making, mandala stone painting, sand art and dream catcher making will be on offer for the community to try.
Local Angelo Street bar Hopscotch will open up an extended trading area and pop-up venues including The Champagne Cart and Beer Dudes will cater to those in need of refreshment.
In the Pamper Tent, people can do make-up workshops, hair braiding and adorn themselves in metallic and henna tattoos.
On the Discus Community Stage, Fringe World artist Pierre Ulric Mysteries presents his magic show.
