FRE­MAN­TLE De­tec­tives have ar­rested three peo­ple fol­low­ing an in­ves­ti­ga­tion into sev­eral bur­glary in­ci­dents across the South Metropoli­tan Dis­trict and a stolen ve­hi­cle. It will be al­leged the of­fend­ers stole a Subaru sta­tion wagon dur­ing a bur­glary at a home in Man­ning be­tween June 9 and 10. The ve­hi­cle was in­volved in a se­ries of bur­glar­ies, in­clud­ing one where a se­cu­rity guard was struck by the ve­hi­cle. About 9pm on June 10, of­fi­cers saw the ve­hi­cle on North Lake Road in Cock­burn Cen­tral. It is al­leged the driver failed to stop and evaded po­lice. The ve­hi­cle col­lided with an­other car at the in­ter­sec­tion of Kwinana Free­way and Beel­iar Drive and po­lice ap­pre­hended the oc­cu­pants of the Subaru. An 18-year-old man from Thorn­lie and a 19-year-old man from South Lake have been charged with sev­eral offences. A 13-year-old boy from Lyn­wood is due to ap­pear be­fore the Perth Chil­dren’s Court on June 21, charged with three counts of ag­gra­vated bur­glary and three counts of steal­ing.
