DON’T GIVE CRIMINALS AN EASY RIDE
MOTORBIKES and scooters are cheap, fuel efficient and easy to park. They have become a key target for thieves. To prevent scooter theft, make locks visible because deterrence works. Always use a lock and chain through a front or rear wheel to a frame or fixed object. Install an alarm, use a steering lock and cover the scooter. When in public, leave it in full view of passing public. Engrave the frame or fit microdots and consider removing the kick-starter during long periods. Don't give criminals an easy ride. -Sgt Warren Ameduri
