As interest in solar farm development continues to grow across the region, locals are set to hear from industry experts about the benefits of the renewable energy.
NSW Office of Environment and Heritage and Murrumbidgee Council, with the support of Coleambally Business Chamber, is hosting a free Demystifying Solar seminar for businesses and households next Wednesday at the Coleambally Club from 5pm.
Council has met with a number of solar companies in recent months including Neoen Australia, Zen Energy and Edify Energy.
Lisa Miller from the OEH will lead the seminar, explaining different options for businesses wanting to switch to solar and save money on bills.
The Demystifying Solar seminar will be held from 5pm to 6.30pm.
The seminar is free, but bookings must be made with council via phone (02) 6954 4060 or email email@example.com.
