A 40 year-old Finley man has been ordered to appear in court on charges of driving with a disqualified licence and excessive swearing.
Police said they knew the man’s licence had previously been disqualified when he was allegedly spotted driving in Finley about 10pm Friday.
After being stopped, the driver provided police with documents confirming his disqualification.
Police allege he became abusive toward them, including repeatedly swearing.
A 37 year-old Tocumwal man has been charged with alleged drink driving after being stopped in Tocumwal about 5.10pm Saturday.
Police allege he returned a positive roadside test, and later recorded a blood alcohol reading on 0.069 at Tocumwal Police Station.
He was charged with low range prescribed content of alcohol, pending an appearance in Finley Local Court.
