If you’re looking for a good family sport this summer, why not try your hand at tennis.

The Finley Tennis Club are seeking people — of all ages — who are interested in playing senior and junior competition tennis.

For the youngsters that want to try something new and have never played tennis, the Finley Tennis Club has weekly coaching.

Club public officer Kirsty Marshall said tennis is the perfect sport for all ages.

‘‘Tennis non contact and easy to learn and understand.

‘‘Our coaches come from Greg Duns Coaching in Yarrawonga and are excellent in explaining technquie to kids.

‘‘We need a minumum of at least eight people to host a weekly senior competition and it’s open to people of all levels.’’

Coaching is on Monday afternoon between 4pm and 6pm at the tennis courts at the Finley Showgrounds.
