Out of 21 total groups that applied for the chance to win up to $2500, the Coleambally aged care facility finished with the sixth most votes (605).

Facility manager Karen Hodgson thanked the public for its votes.

‘‘We could not have asked for more from our community, we asked them for help and sure enough, it was given,’’ Mrs Hodgson said.

‘‘People in our community know the value of our elderly service facility.
