Woman faces firearms counts
A 33-year-old Waikiki woman has been charged after she allegedly pointed a gun at people dining in a Rockingham bar on Saturday night.
Rockingham detectives were called to the bar on Rockingham Road about 9.30pm, where it is believed the woman had previously been dining before the incident.
The woman escaped on foot but was arrested a short time later near the Rockingham foreshore.
A replica firearm was found nearby he woman has been charged with being armed or pretending to be armed in a way that may cause fear and for possessing an unlicensed firearm.
