A 32-year-old Rockingham woman who was found with a stolen credit card during a police drug raid has been fined.

Susannah Alexandria Rich, 32, pleaded guilty to possessing stolen property at Rockingham Magistrate’s Court last week.

The court heard Rich arrived at a Hillman property on Monday, September 4, about 1am where police were already executing a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant.

Rich was found in possession of the card, which had been reported stolen in October last year.

She was also found to be driving an unlicensed vehicle on a suspended driver’s license.

Rich’s duty lawyer told the court she had found the card on the side of the road and was seeking support for mental health issues.

In sentencing, Magistrate Leanne Atkins said she understood Rich had not been in court since 2010 and would struggle with a community-based order.

She was fined $800 in total and ordered to pay $375 in costs.
