This is ridicu­lous. Make cy­clists pay road tax and rego. It’s ridicu­lous that they even ride on the road. It's dan­ger­ous for ev­ery­one. Lau­ren May They should not be al­lowed off the shoul­der (if there is one), or if there isn't one, they should not be al­lowed more than half-a-me­tre from edge.
