Students do school proud in pool for first Granite Belt trials

Stanthorpe Border Post - - NIE | PRIMARY PONDERINGS -

BROADWATER State School has had a fantastic start to the year, with some new families being added to our wonderful community.

We have a large number of prep students who are beginning to learn our school routines and are really enjoying school.

This term, students have already participated in the Stanthorpe Show and enjoyed learning more about Australia Day.

Our vegetable gardens are full at the moment, and we are working hard to rebuild our compost and worm farms ready for winter crops.

It has been great for the students to try a variety of vegetables and fruits last year, so we are keen to add some new ones this year.

We are excited to start our swimming lessons for the term next week, and were proud of our students who represented our school at the Granite Belt trials this week.

Congratulations to Kohan, Toby and Jaidyn on your achievements.
