Ziplining and water adventures on camp for senior students
Challenging activities are helping to develop new skills
OUR Year 5 and 6 students are having a blast at the moment at Tallebudgera camp.
What a fantastic journey the children are on, with plenty of challenging activities and self-awareness and discovery about themselves and their capabilities.
We are very grateful to be at Tallebudgera after our P&C did a lot of fundraising to significantly reduce the cost of the five-day camp.
Pre-Prep enrolments are coming in and proving popular
OUR Pre-Prep days are continuing, with a number of new Preps for 2019 already coming in and engaging with staff.
We have had a great time getting to know our new pupils, and they are very comfortable with the classroom and playground activities.
Places are limited for 2019, so any interested parents will need to contact the office to discuss enrolment to attend next year.
Presentation night for multimedia competition
LAST term, the students in Years 5 and 6 also worked tirelessly on their multimedia projects for the Granite Belt Multimedia competition.
The presentation night for this is Thursday, November 8 at 7pm at the Art Gallery.
To see our budding future technical student’s work in action, it is a great night for students, parents and families to come along and support this great program.
Good luck to all of our students.
FUN LEARNING: Lyall, Toby and Baxter at the treetops zipline challenge.
Tyler, Fitzy and Ethan on the toboggan at Tallebudgera Creek.
