Stanthorpe Border Post - - NEWS YOUR SAY -

DON’T scare it away sshhhh.

ENJOY it while we have it. I have done my long term forecast and only see a few days between now and the end of December with any significant rainfall. Then an El Nino has a 70% chance of forming. I think that will kill any chance of decent rain. If the climate keeps going the way it is then this drought is likely to last 20 or 30 years at least with only minor relief every now and again. I don’t think it is a case of “it will be over one day”. I think it is going to become the norm.
