1968 CHEVROLET CAPRICE

“THIS is my 1968 Chev Caprice. It is a lefthand-drive California import and has been restored to original, besides a colour change and the addition of the 2¼-inch twin exhaust, Edelbrock manifold, 750 Holley on top of a 350 with 190cc heads, straight-cut timing gears and a Lunati Voodoo camshaft to get it sounding angry. All that gets the power to the treads through a Turbo 400 transmission with a 3000 high-stall and the original 10-bolt diff with a Truetrac centre.”
