THREE WAYS TO ADD COLOUR

Style Magazine - - Beauty -

Ladies we all have a go-to makeup look but it’s time for a little make-up shake-up. Try some of these looks to add some bold colour to your look.

INNER CORNER POP OF COLOUR

Sometimes subtlety is the best way to add zest to your normal make-up routine. Why not try using a bold colour on the inner corners of your eyelids to make your eyes pop. Here’s how it’s done: STEP 1. Use neutral or taupe coloured eyeshadow to create a smoky eye.

STEP 2. Line your upper lashline with a black waterproof eyeliner.

STEP 3. Pat a coloured eyeshadow shadow starting at the inner corner of eye and move back towards the centre of the eye. Use a clean, fluffy eyeshadow brush to blend the colour seamlessly into your neutral eyeshadow.

COLOURED MASCARA

Try one of the biggest make-up trends – coloured mascara. Find shades that will complement your eye colour to create a very subtle statement without looking overdone. Purple, green, navy and burgundy are great neutral choices and pair well with most eye colours. Otherwise try a pink or yellow shade to go bold and stand out.

COLOURED EYELINER

Most of us tend to favour black eyeliner, but a coloured liner could be exactly what you need to make an easy, glam statement. Coloured liner has become a real way to change up your everyday make-up look.
