A modern twist on the tra­di­tional Surf and Turf, this dish is a favourite of cus­tomers – and for good rea­son. Creamy gar­lic sauce drips lav­ishly over ten­der prawns, top­ping the most ten­der and moist sea­soned chicken I have ever had the plea­sure of tast­ing. Cut­ting through the rich­ness is a mound of sweet potato mash, homely and flavour­some. Per­fectly cooked al dente broc­coli and car­rots pro­vide a fresh fin­ish to the dish.
