With em­bers beef, chicken tikka, pun­jabi samosa and onion bhaji, this va­ri­ety plat­ter of bites made us want to keep com­ing back for more.

These tasty morsels were of­fered with house­made mint sauce, ta­marind and date jam, and mango sweet chut­ney.

As if this were not enough to keep our ap­petites sated, we were also treated to a new look at pap­pad­ums — em­bed­ded with cumin seeds for ex­tra crunch and a fan­tas­tic flavour.
