The five exercises we have showcased today are simply examples. If any are beyond your ability, feel free to modify accordingly. You may also change the exercises to suit the equipment you have. Or, for the sake of variety, you may do this workout with these exercises this week and
different five next week. You can also do more or fewer than five exercises and more or fewer than 50 reps. Find what suits you, challenge yourself and reassess the workout in a couple of weeks to see if you can improve.
