The five ex­er­cises we have show­cased to­day are sim­ply ex­am­ples. If any are be­yond your abil­ity, feel free to mod­ify ac­cord­ingly. You may also change the ex­er­cises to suit the equip­ment you have. Or, for the sake of va­ri­ety, you may do this workout with these ex­er­cises this week and

dif­fer­ent five next week. You can also do more or fewer than five ex­er­cises and more or fewer than 50 reps. Find what suits you, chal­lenge your­self and re­assess the workout in a cou­ple of weeks to see if you can im­prove.
