En­joy­ing a leisurely wan­der through the shops can be enough movement to lift your spir­its, a study of 419 adults pub­lished in the Jour­nal of Health Psy­chol­ogy has re­vealed. Daily low-in­ten­sity ac­tiv­ity was associated with high lev­els of well­be­ing, the re­searchers found.
