Ev­ery hour a pro­fes­sional pas­try chef hand­bakes orig­i­nal Vienesse ap­ple strudel. The show in­cludes the demon­stra­tion, a freshly baked piece of ap­ple strudel, cof­fee, tea or hot cho­co­late, and a recipe card. I have a light­weight waist­coat with in­ter­nal zipped pock­ets for cash and credit cards and a se­cret pocket sewn in­side the rear of the vest. This is where I keep my pass­port, tick­ets and $100. I wear the vest when­ever over­seas. To ac­cess the pocket you must take the vest off. I never have to worry where my pass­port is.
