WHITE RABBIT WHITE ALE, $4.50 This classic cloudy ale bounces around the palate with a zesty, citrusy freshness but also shows just a hint of exotic herb and spice, including juniper berries and orange. It is great with a spread of dishes and very refreshing.

DORMILONA CLAYFACE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2016, $70 Splurge on something special. This rare treat from the Margaret River is matured in a large ceramic egg, reminscent of those found in gardens around Easter time. It is a supremely svelte, bright-fruited, gently herbal and sensual wine to drink.

RABBIT RANCH CENTRAL OTAGO PINOT NOIR 2015, $25 Hop into a glass of this smooth, silky pinot noir from the South Island of New Zealand. It’s a vibrant, juicy red of squashed cherry fruitiness, a twist of truffle-like flavor and gentle spice. The velvety finish is righteous.
