TEMPLE BREUR PRESERVATIVE FREE CABERNET MERLOT

2016, $19 One of those juicy, South Australia that tastes like squished forest berries and sloshes around the mouth with joyous ease. It is a treat with pork and steak.

GLAETZER-DIXON AVANCE PINOT NOIR 2016, $30

A silky-textured pinot noir from Tasmania, this wine tastes of bright cherry with just a pinch of spice and lick of oak for good measure. This is beautiful drinking right here – memorable stuff – and utterly superb to sip alongside a host of dishes.

SOUMAH CHARDONNAY 2016, $39

delicate, pure Light and and refreshing, this Yarra Valley chardonnay feels racy and brisk. It is a cool glass of grapefruit-like zestiness with a kiss of nougat oak. Perfect to accompany seafood dishes, Asian spice and good times.
