Hel­liar is the host of CRAM, which started film­ing in Syd­ney yes­ter­day.

CRAM will see two teams of co­me­di­ans and celebri­ties test their mem­ory across a se­ries of gen­eral knowl­edge and cur­rent af­fairs cat­e­gories.

Each cat­e­gory will be in­tro­duced with a “cram”: a brief video on any sub­ject.

It was fun and we were laugh­ing.” Hel­liar said host­ing a game show had never been part of his “must do” list. “I did Celebrity Fam­ily Feud last year and af­ter see­ing what a job that he does and what a pro that he is, I just as­sumed that any more game shows on Chan­nel 10 would all be hosted by Grant Denyer. “I did not even think there would an open­ing for any­one. But I am glad they called.”
