Eat curry. Did you know that In­dia has one of the low­est rates of Alzheimer’s in the world? One ex­pert rec­om­mends two or three cur­ries a week, but even an oc­ca­sional curry is bet­ter than none. Make it a yel­low curry, as yel­low sig­ni­fies the pres­ence of turmeric and cur­cumin – the key in­gre­di­ents. And make sure the curry con­tains a lit­tle fat to help ab­sorb the cur­cumin.
