Eat like the stars with celebrity chef Kate Mcaloon’s

Heat a large fry­ing pan on medium-high. Add olive oil. Fry pat­ties on 1 side for about 5 min­utes. Turn and cook for 5 min­utes. Spread brown onion over pat­ties. Add re­main­ing Bragg Liq­uid Amino Sea­son­ing and enough wa­ter (about 1 to 2 cups) to come half­way up the sides of pat­ties. Cover. Re­duce heat to medium and sim­mer for about 10 min­utes or un­til some liq­uid has evap­o­rated and onions are ten­der.

Serve on buns or bread with toma­toes, rocket, red onion and your favourite sauces. I like to use may­on­naise and my jalapeno rel­ish.

Bragg Liq­uid Amino Sea­son­ing is made from soy­beans. Agave sweet­ener is made from the Mex­i­can agave plant. Both are avail­able from health-food stores.
