The time we eat has of­ten been bandied around as in­flu­enc­ing our weight gain or loss and fi­nally a study has found a link.

Peo­ple on a 20-week weight-loss pro­gram who ate lunch be­fore 3pm lost 2.2 ki­los more than those who ate lunch later: that’s a loss of 9.9 ki­los ver­sus 7.7 ki­los.

The study was car­ried out in Spain, a coun­try no­to­ri­ous for din­ing late.
