LATE LUNCH? EAT EARLIER TO LOSE WEIGHT
The time we eat has often been bandied around as influencing our weight gain or loss and finally a study has found a link.
People on a 20-week weight-loss program who ate lunch before 3pm lost 2.2 kilos more than those who ate lunch later: that’s a loss of 9.9 kilos versus 7.7 kilos.
The study was carried out in Spain, a country notorious for dining late.
